Disappointed with experience I have bought within the Kupper (previously Ressler) since I moved to Bismarck over 25 years ago. This is likely the last time I will buy there. The c I have bought within the Kupper (previously Ressler) since I moved to Bismarck over 25 years ago. This is likely the last time I will buy there. The car we bought ended up being damaged so the entire first week it was in the body shop. Yet we still had to give them the car we were trading. They did provide a rental car but it would have been more convenient to keep ours until the new one was ready. Then when we asked about a discount in the labor to install a couple of accessories we were told they do not negotiate. So in the end we received nothing for he inconvenience. The sales man was rather pushy and the financing process took much longer than I think it needed to take. More

amazing experience from the online request till driving out was amazing Allison was awesome, she was at no single moment rushed and were being extremely patient with al from the online request till driving out was amazing Allison was awesome, she was at no single moment rushed and were being extremely patient with all my questions and showed me every car of interest i settled for the outback and got all the extras I requested within the promised time frame, with all additions fitted perfectly on collection again, time was spent with me explaining the vehicle etc Shawn really went out of his way getting me the best finance and explained all financial and warranty relations to me in detail never experienced such a non-painfull purchase and now I understand why people love Subaru and their service a few days later I locked myself out of the vehicle with it running in a parking lot and minutes later after a call to starlink all was resolved I am Subarurised now..... More
