Subaru Forester I had driven through many dealerships in the past month. Was not looking to buy at the moment, but a vehicle got my attention. Went into Kupper Subaru with questions and where I met Tom Fetsch. Tom is real personable, not pushy answered some of my questions. We took a test drive, I was a little nervous but Tom made it fun. I was soon relaxed and loving the Forester. Although I loved the vehicle Tom made the sale! Tom also made me comfortable about all my questions and that I could contact him at any time. The service department provided excellent service when I had "car crises" during visits to Bismarck. So last year when I decided purchase a Crosstrek, I traveled the 10 hours to Bismarck to purchase it...and had a great experience. Given this past experience, it made sense to return for my new Forester. Again, Tom was kind, fair, and thorough and other staff did their job efficiently. I left feeling great about this experience and the amazing Forester. And felt even better about Tom's thoroughness when he called later to let me know that I had forgotten something! More
