We drove down from Minot to test drive it, and fell in love with it right away. Definitely worth the trip! Matt was great explaining all the ins and outs of making sure we got the deal we wanted. The fair, haggle-free price quoted up front takes the pain out of new car shopping, and we got a very fair trade-in value on our old car. Matt took the time to go over features on the car, as well as walked us around the dealership to familiarize us with other departments. They have also scheduled a follow-up to cover any questions we might have after driving the car for awhile. We live in Williston but knew we were looking for a Subaru after researching and hearing about how reliable and what great quality they are. We have a 4 month old baby so too many trips and long hours at the dealership were not an ideal option for us. Tom Fetsch was amazing from start to finish! He answered all of our questions, kept in constant contact with us, made it a simple and even fun process, AND he even picked us up in at the rental location so we could just leave town with our vehicle! We headed home with a 2018 certified pre-owned Crosstrek the other day and love it already! I would definitely recommend Kupper and TOM especially for anybody in the market! More
