...been working with Zach for over a year, waiting for my old car to die. When the 2021 Crosstreks came in and my car coincidentally started smoking he drove her over to my workplace since I didn't have muc old car to die. Such kind customer service Had an emergency flat tire on my 2020 Outback Touring while traveling across the country and was lucky it was in Mandan, North Dakota. Service departm Had an emergency flat tire on my 2020 Outback Touring while traveling across the country and was lucky it was in Mandan, North Dakota. Service department was patient and helpful while they squeezed me in between their other appointments. They were creative about solving the problem, were welcoming to me and my two dogs while we waited at the dealership (since I was 1,500 miles from home and had to wait there!) and got me safely back on the road within the day. They made a hard situation so much easier and made me feel thankful that I had chosen a Subaru for my new car. Can't thank them enough! More

You can't get in for over a week for service! After 10 plus years with my vehicles serviced with Kupper, I have tried to get in for service and they are only open M-S, 8:00 to 5:00 and can't get After 10 plus years with my vehicles serviced with Kupper, I have tried to get in for service and they are only open M-S, 8:00 to 5:00 and can't get my vehicle in. I have had two (major) warranty issues in the past month and have been told I can't get in for almost two weeks.. I have a 2019 Subaru Cross Trex and love the vehicle, but If you can't get service, for a not working air conditioner for two weeks in the dead of summer, someone needs to open the doors earlier and stay open later. Very disappointed. Please consider getting more help and longer hours like before. I work 8 to 5. MKiefer More
