Went in to see about updating my previous purchase of the Outback Premium and Charlie Bell was excellent in listening to what I was looking for and took notes and checked if they had one in stock. Nothing but, I could order if I wanted or he suggested that I drive a 2021 Outback Touring XT that they had and I loved it. It had just what I was looking for to upgrade and more. The next day I called and said I would take it and when I got there Zach Wanner filled in for Charlie and went through everything, he was so informative and happy to answer any questions I had, he was exceptional.
