We always have had our Foresters serviced at Kramar Subaru and are pleased with the service. I've never purchased a car before - new, used, from an individual, or from a dealership. After thoroughly researching several types of vehicles, I ultimately decided on a 2022 Subaru Legacy. When I came to the dealership, I was immediately greeted by the lovely Zach Wanner, though despite being perfect strangers, Zach had all my concerns and anxieties about purchasing a new vehicle assuaged within about 5 minutes of talking, and we were soon chatting on as if we had been friends for several years. The car I wanted had yet to arrive at the dealership, but Zach kept me updated every step of the way, and I was able to drive off the lot in my new car the evening before an important roadtrip I had planned. I honestly think that my favorite part of the entire experience was how genuinely happy and excited Zach was for me and my new purchase. So I traded in my 2017 Subaru Forester XT and was given $22000 trade allowance. To only see it on their lot for $26991. $4991 markup. I know dealerships have to make a profit, but this is outrageous. Tried to trade in a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport ES with 23273 miles. Clean trade in is $16550 Average trade in 15725 and Rough trade in $14575 they offered me $12000 max of $13000. My car is far from rough. They use KBB on their website to value your trade but then talk down about KBB when you bring it up. They hide the bait and switch by having a disclaimer stating that this is an estimate. They bait you in the door only to try and low ball you on your trade. More
