Great Customer Service! I recently purchased my 2012 Subaru Impreza from Rich. After further inspection at home I noticed the front bumper was loose and one of the attachmen I recently purchased my 2012 Subaru Impreza from Rich. After further inspection at home I noticed the front bumper was loose and one of the attachment points was damaged. I figured there probably was nothing to be done about it as I purchased the vehicle as is but I thought I would reach out to Rich and see if there was anything he could do. I was absolutely amazed when he told me to bring it back to the dealership & they would fix it. Jay fixed it and put on new trim for no charge! Rich & the team at Subaru of Loveland have earned a customer for life! More
