Rich Moss was absolutely wonderful and easy to work with every step of the way. Signing the paperwork with Zach was quick and painless. Then Len spent 30-40 minutes going over everything about the car. Lots of bells and whistles, so that was very helpful. Rich has called and emailed several times since my purchase assuring me all I need to do is call if I need anything. I generally keep my cars for a long time, so although I won't be buying a car anytime soon, I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy. The experience was simply that great, and I love my new Outback! More
