I love the one I bought. I had Rich Moss as my salesman and he was more than accommodating. At times, it felt a little forced. I wish his desk would have been in an office. I felt weird about providing him with personal info while we were out in the open. However, we reached a deal and I am satisfied. The process of signing all the paperwork at the end of the sale was explained and in a timely manner. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. More

He was kind, courteous and willing to help us determine what car and model was best for us! After selecting a previously owned Mazda CX5 (which was a great car) on the lot, we changed our minds and selected a 2016 Subaru Crosstrek - because it was smaller, sporty, great fuel economy and what I like the best - ALL Wheel drive! Since we already own a 2010 Outback is was a very easy decision to purchase another Subaru of Love...land car! We love the service and always feel respected and valued at the Subaru of Loveland, CO!
