Of the many dealerships that we have worked with, I honestly have to say that Subaru of Loveland is one of the best. Truly a no pressure dealership from sales to the finance department. Matt Carlson is awesome! My wife, son and I stopped by for the 1st time looking a month early for a car for my son. Matt just let us go on a test drive by ourselves and after simply wished us the best. I went back last night after ruling out many other cars and chose a Subaru. Matt was there to work out an awesome lease deal without ANY back and forth! The lease deal (on a fairly sought after STI) was awesome and better yet, beat ALL deals even from dealerships from Denver. I love the art of negotiating and Matt made it almost too easy! But above all else he was very easy going, honest and professional. Just ask for him! Thanks Matt! More
We didn't even buy from them! Rich Moss is one of the most honest salesmen I have had the pleasure of dealing with. As we were shopping for a Subaru Impreza we met Rich to look at Rich Moss is one of the most honest salesmen I have had the pleasure of dealing with. As we were shopping for a Subaru Impreza we met Rich to look at their used inventory. They didn't have much so instead of pressuring us into a new one Rich took my number and told me he would let me know if they received a trade in that met our needs. We then proceeded to another dealership to look at their used inventory. We test drove two cars and were pleased but when we sat down to discuss pricing the quote seem off. We ended up leaving. Feeling a little frustration with trying to find a clean used Impreza we started to entertain the idea of a new one. Valley Subaru sent us a very attractive email offer and so I asked Rich, without telling him which dealer sent the offer, if he could match or beat the offer. He immediately said no and told me that the price they gave me is impossible and that they would make up for it once I got to the dealership. At first, I thought he was just trying to bash the other dealer so I emailed back and asked for an official quote. When I received it there it was...$595 "VTR" that was a fee not mentioned in the previous price email. So I called and asked why it was on there when it wasn't mentioned before. I was told that it was negotiable but I needed to come down to the dealership so the salesperson could have the leverage to negotiate the "VTR" fee! I said I don't want the "Vehicle Theft Recovery". The sales person said, "well if we are going to honor the price without the "VTR" then we need to see a quote from another dealer that will do the same. Rich was right, and had the courtesy to warn me. Valley Subaru never intended to sell me at the price quoted, they always planned on sneaking in the "VTR" $595 fee. How embarrassing to be caught in a lie. I called Rich, thanked him for the honesty and told him that if we went NEW he had earned our business! However the next morning we found a used Impreza on Craiglist that was just what we were looking for. I let Rich no, and we will be servicing our car with Loveland Subaru. The honesty in which we were dealt with there is rare now days, and it is also extremely comforting! If I were ever in the market again I would ask for Rich Moss at Loveland Subaru! More

Then when I drove an hour to the dealership the next day, Todd (the finance manager) had all of the paperwork ready to sign. So, I was in and out the door in less than 15 minutes.
