Subaru of Las Vegas responded

Dear Daniel, If I could turn back the hands of time, I would set the clock for 6:45 a.m. on the day you brought your car in for inspection. I would gather around my service advisors, technicians and supervisors, with coffee in hand, and remind them of why we open our doors every day. I would congratulate them for the thousands of hours they have studied, and apprenticed, and honed their skills over the years. Then, I would encourage them to get ready for a day like no other. One, where every car in the service drive belonged to an immediate family member who counted on them to do their best work. That is the service department I am shaping at Subaru of Las Vegas. We’re not there yet—as is clearly evident, but I’m confident that’s where we are headed. Hopefully, in turning back the hands of time we can also rediscover the power of the second chance—Lord knows we all need that. Sincerely, Burton Hughes General Manager Subaru of Las Vegas (702) 495-2101 – Direct Line

From out of town, stopped by to have a headlight pigtail replaced. They quoted me $150 for it, which I guess is normal for ridiculous dealer markups. I made the mistake of informing the service department More
