Coco presented the whole aspect on why we can be dependable on this 2016 Subaru Forester, though being a used 3-year old vehicle, and Ted gave us a marginal deduction of the base price. CoCo was great! CoCo helped me with purchasing my car. He worked his butt off literally running all over the place between me and another couple. Bad customer experience Horrible car buying experience. Tom Watkins made sure we could not buy a new vehicle. Monthly payments constantly quoted higher every time we asked. What was offered yesterday was not what was offered today even when he tells you that you are getting a sale. Tom uses the fact that you do not have a copy to the previous offer to lie about what was originally offered. Overall experience is that Tom Watkins is not an honest man. More

Our first Subaru! I have bought many cars over the years, from many different dealerships, and all my experiences have been good. Apparently I didn’t know what I was missing, because this Subaru dealership exceeded every expectation. From the friendly, non-pushy salesperson to the cafe. Coco was helping us and he literally spent the day with us, answering every question and giving us great advice every step of the way. I felt like a friend and even when we discussed a few financing options, I never felt pressured and he was so patient. This may be our first Subaru, but I’m telling you now, it won’t be our last! I love my new Subaru Ascent and the fact Subaru treats their customers so well is just the icing on the cake! More
