I have never felt better about the buying process of any car I have bought than this one. I have bought a lot of "high-end" cars and the entire experience at those dealerships is a sad comparison to the experience I had at Subaru of Las Vegas. Communication was excellent from my sales person, as well as from the behind the scenes folks tracking the progress of my vehicle on its way to the dealership. He was very nice and understanding also letting us know if we had any questions or would like to see inside he can help with that. We decided to take him up on that. We asked all the questions we didn’t have, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We asked to just run some numbers, letting him know we weren’t necessarily interested in purchasing today and of course he said yes. He gave us the info for all the options we asked for, we never felt pressured! After getting all the information and taking our time to think about it we decided to purchase! it was such an easy and seamless transaction.
