Best Auto Buying Experience Possible! I was in the market for a newish car and a friend highly recommended the Subaru of Las Vegas. I called ahead to make sure the car I was thinking about I was in the market for a newish car and a friend highly recommended the Subaru of Las Vegas. I called ahead to make sure the car I was thinking about was there and to make sure I had everything I would need to buy the car. Mark couldn’t have been more professional, helpful and accommodating. We almost left with two cars lol! The rest of the staff was also awesome and generally speaking I could hang out at the dealership. It has a great free snack bar that’s eco conscious, comfortable waiting area and top notch staff. Best dealership hands down! More

Great customer service 10 months ago I would have given this dealership a 1 star review. I took my Subaru to them in September 2018 for an issue I was having with air flow i 10 months ago I would have given this dealership a 1 star review. I took my Subaru to them in September 2018 for an issue I was having with air flow in my car. They diagnosed it as needing a new A/C compressor, and while I wasn't able to afford the new part at the time, I eventually did get it replaced when I was back in Nebraska at a different dealership. It turns out the A/C compressor wasn't the part that actually needed to be replaced, as the issue continued even after repairs. The cost of the A/C Compressor I had replaced totaled almost $1,200, and it turned out to be completely unnecessary. The issue I was having was sporadic, and I hadn't had any issues with it until a couple weeks ago. I brought it back to the dealership here in Vegas in June 2019 and told them what had happened. Even though I didn't get the Compressor replaced with them, they offered to replace the correct part free of charge, and refund the diagnostic fee I had previously paid, even though they had no financial incentive to do so. The employee who originally told me to replace the A/C Compressor was no longer working there. This time I worked with Russell Shan, and he went above and beyond to help me out. I can't say enough good things about Russell. More

On the day we were to pick up our new Subaru, we were unable to make the hour's drive between Pahrump NV and Las Vegas because of illness. Coco coordinated all the paperwork we needed to do to take ownership of the car, AND DELIVERED IT to us in Pahrump. Whatta Guy!!! Can't say enough about his professionalism! More

Not the best service experience. I recently bought a new 2019 Forester and added a hitch to the purchase. I was promptly notified by the parts department when the hitch came in and sc I recently bought a new 2019 Forester and added a hitch to the purchase. I was promptly notified by the parts department when the hitch came in and scheduled an appointment with the service department to have it installed. I dropped the car off to have the unit installed, have window tinting installed, and have the rear lift gate switch fixed. I came back later that day to pick up my vehicle and stopped by the service writers area and one of the writers handed me my paperwork and told me to go to the cashiers desk over by the parts area. I went over to the cashier and gave her my name and she handed me my invoice and called for the car to be brought out, nothing more was said so I asked what do I do now? do I go back to the service area or do I wait here, no you go back to the service area. So I went back to the area where you drop off your car and waited. In the mean time I'm watching one of the lot porters take a car through the automatic car washer and bring it up to the area I was standing and went into the service writers area and one of the service writers comes out with the car owner and the owner drives away. A few minutes I see the porter take another car through the car washer and bring up that car and park it over by where I'm standing. I'm starting to think they forgot about bringing my car out. A few minutes later I see a vehicle that looks like mine get pulled out from the back lot area and pulls up to the service drop off area and parks, ok that's my car, so I start walking around to the back to see the hitch installation and the porter asks to see my paperwork so I show him and he hands me the key and say have a good day. So I'm looking at the hitch and check to make sure the rear lift gate switch was fixed which it was. So I pulled the car out over to the parking area and read the invoice and on the invoice it said they washed my car, well my car was filthy, dirty and covered with water spots, had to use the windshield washer to clean the windshield so I could see out. So my wife looks at the car and immediately calls the service line about the condition of the car, whoever talked to her said that it had rained earlier in the day so they didn't wash the car, funny thing though the sky was blue, no clouds, and I just watch the porter wash 2 others cars and drop them off but not ours for some reason, anyway the service person says anytime you are in the area just bring it in. We are sitting in the parking lot HELLO! At this point I'll just go home and wash it myself. Now back to the hitch that was installed, the hitch does not come with a ball mount, it is sold separately, at no time did anyone ask me about or offer to sell me a ball mount, at no time was I ever asked from the time we purchased the car to the time they installed the hitch, huge missed opportunity. So I went and purchased a ball mount from somewhere else since the dealer was not interested. I purchased a service contract with the car and since this is the only Subaru dealership in town I will bring the car in for service when needed since it was paid for but I would not if I hadn't purchased the service contract. Very disappointed. More
