First time buyer but won't be the last After doing some research on what I wanted next, I had it narrowed down to 3 cars, but after my initial visit to this dealer, it sealed the deal. I After doing some research on what I wanted next, I had it narrowed down to 3 cars, but after my initial visit to this dealer, it sealed the deal. I initially went in looking at a Crosstrek but ultimately went with the Outback due to the upgrades it provided and the deals they were having. Coco was a great help. Did a quick test drive as it was raining that day and went over the features of the car and the deals they were offering this month. I never felt any pressure to sign or go any farther than that. Got a quick email the next business day just to see if they could help but again felt no pressure. Made a decision over the next few days and called Coco to go by over my lunch and decide which exact vehicle I wanted, go over my trade-in, and put down the down payment, Coco already had a few picked out based on our conversation the weekend before. Once again, done in less than an hour. Next day signed the papers and was out within an hour even with signing, going over specific features, and learning about the discount on services they provide. The whole process was easy and extremely painless. Never felt any pressure and would absolutely go back to them. It has been less than 3 weeks and I am very happy with my purchase. The service from everyone at this dealer made the purchase of a new vehicle enjoyable which is a hard thing to do. Had been getting emails from Andy and when he found out I had purchased he even came out to say hello and thank me for my purchase. More

Best Car Buying Experience This was not like any other experience at a car dealer. Was able to walk the lot without a bunch of sales guys lurking and trying to sell me the first This was not like any other experience at a car dealer. Was able to walk the lot without a bunch of sales guys lurking and trying to sell me the first car I looked at. Walked in and was greeted by Coco. I expressed interest in test driving a WRX and STI. He took the time to explain the differences betwixt the two. I was able to drive them both and had explained to Coco that I was not ready to buy that evening. When I got back from the test drives Coco had printed up a sheet explaining the price of the car, the different packages and what the monthly payment would be with APR and different amounts of a down payment. I wasn't given the whole song and dance about "what do you want your payment to be". I coordinated with Coco the next business day and went down and was able to get in, purchase the same WRX I had test drove. At the time of purchase I was shown the features and everything. Again, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. Coco is a majestic unicorn and he should be considered a xxxx national treasure in the car sale industry. Additionally Megan and Andrea reached out to me via email to make sure my experience was good. They're also awesome, but not unicorn level like Coco only because Coco's smile is just a delight and takes me back to a simpler time where everyone word was bond. Don't get me wrong, I bet Andrea and Megan have nice smiles but I just don't know. And I feel like my relationship with Subaru of Las Vegas needs to be built on trust, you know?
