Hit or Miss I wanted to buy a new Subaru from this dealership, but every time I went in, I felt invisible (sales and service people wouldn’t interrupt their conve I wanted to buy a new Subaru from this dealership, but every time I went in, I felt invisible (sales and service people wouldn’t interrupt their conversation to assist me, one sales person kept making excuses about why I couldn’t test drive a car, etc.). I would wait a few months and try again. This went on for more than a year. I decided to give them one last try. This time I met Coco. Coco is awesome! He was energetic, funny, and really knew what he was talking about. He got to know my husband and I and what we wanted in a car. He gave 110%! Coco should be the sales trainer for the rest of the staff. I will always appreciate his assistance with leasing my new Subaru...which I absolutely love! If I got the “unwelcome” treatment at this visit, I would’ve never come back and would instead travel back to Colorado to lease a vehicle. Thank you Coco! More

Great experience I came to the dealership to trade in my 17' STI for a Crosstrek. Coco was friendly and professional and didn't try to upsell me to a more expensive vehicle. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. While purchasing my new vehicle we inquired about trading in my wife's vehicle even though she wasn't in an ideal situation with her current car. We advised Coco that we were at the dealership a month prior and were told that it wasn't possible to trade in her vehicle without a large down payment. Without hesitation, Coco said he would see what he could do to get my wife into a new Subaru. Coco and the team came back and advised us that not only were they able to get her into a new Subaru, but they were able to get her into the exact model of the Legacy she wanted. We were ecstatic, but also had plans we couldn't get out of and needed to leave the dealership. Coco said it wasn't a problem and said he would take care of all the paperwork while we were gone so when we were done with our plans, all we had to do was come back, sign the documents and get the keys. So we ended up purchasing 2 new vehicles and got the best service I've ever had from a dealership. I even suggested Coco to a friend of mine after my experience and he is now purchasing a vehicle from Coco and the Subaru team! Thanks to Subaru, I will be a Subaru owner for life. More

No Stress Fun Car buying experience...can you believe it? I was thoroughly surprised by my car buying experience with the Subaru of Las Vegas Dealership. I was expecting to be hassled but instead was treated I was thoroughly surprised by my car buying experience with the Subaru of Las Vegas Dealership. I was expecting to be hassled but instead was treated with respect and provided information I felt was honest and trustworthy. When I made my first visit to the Subaru Dealership, I was honest and stated I was not leaving with a car that afternoon. I was trying to decide among the Volkswagen Atlas, the Honda Pilot and the Subaru Ascent. I had done my homework on the Subaru Company so I knew they produced quality products, however, I did not expect a stress free and fun experience as I made my final decisions. I was greeted right way by Coco Garcia with a smile. His excitement for the Subaru product was infections. I was told upfront Subaru sales was not commissioned based experience. He never pressured me to do business with Subaru or that I could not ask questions or verify his information. . CoCo wanted me to feel secure and excited about my purchase. He answered questions in person, via text and via phone. Every employee I came into contact at Subaru was agreeable and informative. It made me feel like what the parent company was doing other car companies needed to figure out. After much research...and way too many questions I chose the Subaru Ascent. I think all that I encountered were as excited to invite me into the Subaru family as I was to get behind the wheel. I would highly recommend the sales team and product. More

I had gone to the Subaru dealership once before and although everyone there was helpful, courteous and professional, I wasn't able to get a vehicle at I had gone to the Subaru dealership once before and although everyone there was helpful, courteous and professional, I wasn't able to get a vehicle at that time. 6 months later I scheduled a time through Katie to go there and try again to get my dream vehicle. I was introduced to Coco. I was actually in a hurry, and stated that I knew what I wanted, what I could afford and I didn't want the typical car sales issue of being there for hours. Coco went above and beyond. He has an amazing personality, super courteous and professional. He was very honest (a trait that I appreciate) and I was able to get the car of my dreams.
