Visit 1: I was told that I couldn’t purchase one new tire and had to replace all four because uneven wear would damage the differentials. Once they found out they were paying for the tire, they could all of a sudden only replace one. Visit 2: I asked them to look at a slow leak in a tire. They marked the tire and again said I had to replace all four. I decided to have the tire repaired and they did and oil change and a “tire rotation” however the marked tire stayed in the same place. Visit 3: Went to replace all four tires and was told my Equity Shield wouldn’t cover them due to wear. After showing them that two tires had nails in them and they said they cannot replace tires due to wear. This is our third consecutive new Subaru and, because of the service headache at SLV, unfortunately our last. More

There was another gentleman that kept us company wish I could remember his name. Also they were suppose to show me how to use the gadgets on the car I waited but they wanted to leave. More

They presented themselves in a professional and courteous approach in deciding how well they treated customers. Coco presented the whole aspect on why we can be dependable on this 2016 Subaru Forester, though being a used 3-year old vehicle, and Ted gave us a marginal deduction of the base price. They even went further in making us feel as comfortable as possible with the preceding transaction. More

CoCo was great! CoCo helped me with purchasing my car. He worked his butt off literally running all over the place between me and another couple. It was a Saturday an CoCo helped me with purchasing my car. He worked his butt off literally running all over the place between me and another couple. It was a Saturday and super busy but, he was on top of everything. Everyone from the first person you see(This time being CoCo) to the cashier, to one of the managers working the floor, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Being stuck in a dealership for hours sucks, but CoCo definitely made it better. More

Bad customer experience Horrible car buying experience. Tom Watkins made sure we could not buy a new vehicle. Monthly payments constantly quoted higher every time we asked. Horrible car buying experience. Tom Watkins made sure we could not buy a new vehicle. Monthly payments constantly quoted higher every time we asked. How is that possible? What was offered yesterday was not what was offered today even when he tells you that you are getting a sale. Tom uses the fact that you do not have a copy to the previous offer to lie about what was originally offered. Overall experience is that Tom Watkins is not an honest man. More
