We arrived. at Subaru knowing what we wanted. We are long time Subaru owners. Coco, our sales agent, was terrific! Knowledgeable, pleasant and not “pushy”. time Subaru owners. Coco, our sales agent, was terrific! Knowledgeable, pleasant and not “pushy”. More

We had exactly what we wanted in mind, with a budget and Coco was amazing. He was very thorough and knowledgeable from the test driving process to signing the papers and discussing the different options and warranties available. He was never once pushy and did not try to sell us something we didn't want or need. He kept our needs in mind and was just so pleasant to work with. It was all together a very different experience in car buying and I was so pleased. Thank you Coco for taking such great care of us! More
Coco was great to work with. He laid out all the figures. Went over the features and explained how they work. I’d recommend him to anyone looking for a new Subaru or a used car also. We really had no intentions of actually purchasing a car the morning we walked in, but after looking at the selection and with the help of Mark explaining in detail of what the paperwork and prices where, we were sold. Not only did he help us get the car we wanted but he managed to help us workout out prices to the best of his ability that made it comfortable for us. More

Buying A New Car Without The Hassle Or BS A few months ago I walked into Subaru Of Las Vegas's dealership to special order my WRX STI. There, I met Chad Gulyban. He's an enthusiastic chap. He A few months ago I walked into Subaru Of Las Vegas's dealership to special order my WRX STI. There, I met Chad Gulyban. He's an enthusiastic chap. He sat me down and asked me what exactly I was looking for. Since I've done my homework at home, I had already built my car online and briefed him on my specifications. He told me that the 2019 builds had been done a few days prior to my arrival and told me that my STI would be a 2020. I was ecstatic and went through the build. Unfortunately, I had to wait a couple of months for the car to be ready for delivery. I was fine with that. On October 4th 2019, Chad Gulyban called me saying that my car had arrived at the dealership. I was very excited, because it arrived a week of when I was quoted. I told Chad that I would be at the dealership in a half an hour. When I got there, they were prepping my new STI. Taking off the plastic wrapping and having it washed. In the meantime, I met with Chad and we got down to business. I dreaded this part of the sale, like everyone else does. I watched YouTube videos on how to negotiate the deal, not only on the sale of the new car, but my trade in as well, during my wait on the arrival of my STI, which only took a little over a month. So here I was sitting with Chad, with the knowledge I got from YouTube videos on dealership strategies. We went over the usual business and then we got to my trade in. I knew what my car was worth because I also did research on KBB, Car Gurus and Auto Trader. I did the cash back offer step, to see what these places would give me for my car if they handed me a check. Since my 2015 Subaru WRX was in very good condition and had only 25,787 miles on it, I was expected to get between $18K-$20K. You hear dealerships low balling your trade in because they want to make their 20%. So if Chad was going to low ball my trade and offer me $13K for my trade, I was going to walk out of the deal. However, that wasn't the case. They offered me nearly $19K for my trade, which was what KBB and Auto Trader would've bought my WRX for. So I agreed to the trade. Everything went so smoothly. Except for Chad's computer. That thing was giving him such a difficult time to finish the deal. I hear people are usually in the dealership for 4-6 hours when their buying a new car. I was there and in the dealership and in my new STI in nearly 3 hours. Chad's computer and the mortgage paperwork (there's a lot of paperwork to sign, just like there is when you purchase a house) took the longest to deal with. All in all, Chad Gulyban is a great guy and will definitely help you get your car of your dreams and at a good price without the hassle or BS. More
The way car buying should be The entire team and all the moving parts that go into purchasing a Subaru at this location is noteworthy. Gone is the finance manager who literally is The entire team and all the moving parts that go into purchasing a Subaru at this location is noteworthy. Gone is the finance manager who literally is forced to come talk to you and essentially push you in car. It makes the atmosphere around the transition seem weird. This was also a unique situation where I was in a horrible accident and just wanted a safe car to get me to and from where I need to go. Coco and his team all worked together to get me at a price I could afford and accommodated me beyond measure. Even helping me return my rental car. I’ve worked in customer service for 6 years and they embody that Nordstrom culture that keeps the customer coming back. It’s the little things that add up to a really great experience, which is why I purchased a Subaru, the safety facets to the car do not hurt either. Thanks for the read and your time. Best, Michelle More
