Most recently when we decided the next day that we wanted more features in our outback he went to his manager and facilitated a no cost trade for us, we only paid the difference between the original vehicle prices. After sales the process is so smoothe. Delivery takes place at a desk by your new car so you can smell that new car smell while you sign the paperwork. They explain everything and make sure you know what is going on, they don't try and gloss over anything and will answer any questions. They even honor my decision to not purchase any extra coverages or features and don't keep trying to pressure me at closing. This is truly a special place as auto dealerships go. More

So to start off I live out of state and flew to Vegas to purchase my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Let me tell you what a great vehicle inside and out. I found it on car max and reached out to the dealership. Angela was the first one to assist me and she did a great job communicating with me and sending me any information I needed. When I was preparing to fly out she connected me with Coco who ended up assisting me with my purchase the rest of the way. Coco was so helpful! He helped make sure my experience would be as quick and hassle free as possible. He stayed in constant communication with me letting me know what was happening and what would happen next. He helped get everything together so that when I arrived all I had to do was sign the paperwork and that’s exactly what happened! I landed in Vegas and he had someone pick me up from the airport and bring me to the dealership. When I arrived they spoiled me with delicious coffee and snacks. Such amazing hospitality! Coco truly cares about you and your experience there. Any questions I had or if I struggled to comprehend something he happily walked me through it consistently making sure I understood before we continued. Once I received the keys he voluntarily offered to go for a ride with me so he could walk me through all of the features as well as the info system. I seriously can’t emphasize enough how much Coco cares about his customers. Something I should remind everyone is they are on commission! He is doing this out of the goodness of his heart!
