I previously went to 3 dealerships all of which I had to get up and walk away from - not based on cars available but based on the individuals I was working with. Coco turned that right around and walked me through everything. Allowed me to go on a slightly extended test drive to make sure I liked what I was buying - after all it was a big purchase. Coco was honest and extremely easy to work with. He walked me through all the service packages and what he recommended I buy as well as items/packages that I didn't need. Didn't oversell or undersell anything. He also taught me how to look up and do everything he was doing from home in case I wanted to do my own research and ensure I wasn't pressured. Thank you Subaru and thank you Coco. My wife and I are extremely happy with our car and will definitely recommend you guys to friends and family. More

Coco, was like every employee at Subaru of Las Vegas who we came in contact with;...every one of them was enthusiastic about the cars, working hard, courteous, friendly and happy to be doing what they were doing. The thing that stood out the most to me is that I genuinely felt like they cared about me as a person, and I didnt expect to see that at a dealership lot. I almost bought a similar car elsewhere, but the deal fell through due to error on their part. That particular dealership didn't seem to care, and it rubbed me the wrong way. I felt safe purchasing a car from subaru because of their great customer service. I feel like I wouldn't be met with an "I dont care" view on things if problems were to come up down the road.
