Thankful for Carmine, Coco and Ezra, who all worked very hard to resolve issues when my last vehicle was irreparable. I was provided with a loaner while the dealership was temporarily closed due to Quaranti hard to resolve issues when my last vehicle was irreparable. Coco & Ezra were very kind and extremely helpful. They went out of their way to help us in ways they didn’t have too. They made me feel like they actually wanted to help, not because it was their job. Ten went out of their way to help us in ways they didn’t have too. Tennesha was also very kind and made the paperwork signing process very easy, she explained everything perfectly & was super sweet and seemed happy to answer any questions I had. I was having a terrible experience at all the other dealerships until this one, everyone made sure i was comfortable and sure of my purchase before i went through with it. Great Experience From the online/phone service to picking up my new car and dropping off the old one, the experience was great. During this time of COVID-19, everyone From the online/phone service to picking up my new car and dropping off the old one, the experience was great. During this time of COVID-19, everyone was very concerned for the safety of anyone who came to the dealership. Tables were brought outside and place about 20 feet apart, and when we went in to the "garage" or holding area to sign paperwork, Coco thoroughly disinfected the desk, all the chairs, and anything that we might touch before we were invited to sit down. The financial part took the fastest time I have ever experienced. Tennesha was thorough and fast! Coco was patient with my questions and helped me transfer my stuff from my old car to my new car. Great Experience! More

This was easily one of the smoothest car purchasing experience I’ve ever had in my life and it’s all thanks to the guys at Subaru of Las Vegas. Even in these strange times with Covid, Coco managed keep experience I’ve ever had in my life and it’s all thanks to the guys at Subaru of Las Vegas. Even in these strange times with Covid, Coco managed keep everything under control! It started off with Coco giving me a phone call and expertly answering all my questions and leaving me with now! The test drive was a great experience and hassle free! Then finally Hamid helped in delivering the car and Alex in finance helped with filling out the paperwork. Alex was very informative taking his time with each page and carefully explaining everything before signing it and overall keeping it a speedy process! Hamid was very energetic and fun, keeping my girlfriend and I happy while we filled out the paperwork. Overall I loved my experience at Subaru LV, definitely one of the best places to get a car from and Coco is one of the best salesman I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with! Thank you again Subaru LV!
