Coco was an amazing sales person who had the answer to every question we had. We went in ready to buy and found the vehicle we wanted (2020 Ascent). After our test drive we told Coco we wanted the vehicle every question we had. We went in ready to buy and found the vehicle we wanted (2020 Ascent). After our test drive we told Coco we wanted the vehicle and then we went to lunch. We returned to the dealership about 45 minutes later. Upon our arrival Coco was waiting for us with everything ready. A few signatures later and we were on the way in our new car. We loved the no haggling policy. Coco was professional and helpful throughout the entire process. And without a doubt I know I could call Coco with any issues and he would help me. Great experience!!! More

Came into buy my Subaru ascent, seriously one of the quickest car buying experience. An Awesome Induction into The Subie Family! My husband and I came into Subaru Las Vegas after a few months of solid research into what kind of mid-sized SUV we wanted to get, and when we found a My husband and I came into Subaru Las Vegas after a few months of solid research into what kind of mid-sized SUV we wanted to get, and when we found a Forester Sport edition that looked like it fit the bill, we visited the team here to take it for a spin. Visiting during a pandemic was of course a bit different from what it normally is, I'm sure, but the Subaru team had the "new normal" process down very well: Everyone was in masks, distanced, and the test drive was on our own, but my favorite is when my financing got approved and Coco put on a disposable glove to which I was like, "...what's that for...OH! Is it a handshake?! Did I get the car?!" and lo and behold, I was welcomed into the Subie Family! Coco was awesome throughout the whole process, he explained all the features of the car before my drive and also walked us through all the different options and protection plans in the next steps. I ended up spending more than I planned, but only because it made so much sense when it came down to the maintenance plans and I don't have to pay for those out of pocket in the future. Really a good idea for cars in Vegas since it's such a harsh climate and I fully plan on using this car for as long as it will run! Is it weird that I now look forward to getting maintenance work done bc of how easy it's set up? That's my life now. Thanks Subaru Las Vegas, and thanks Coco for being your amazing self. More

Atmosphere is as friendly as can be. ASK FOR HAMID. I was treated with kindness and the overall ease of the ENTIRE purchase process from start to finish was always at my comfort. Not once was I subject to finance, numbers, payments, what I can and can't afford, and just overall honesty about features and services. I've heard some ghastly things about other dealers taking advantage of people who only wanted to come in and see the car and try it out. Not once was I ever put in a position that compromised my comfort and my control of my finances. I was able to, with clarity and certainty able to buy my dream car at the MOST reasonable price with all the features that make care and use HASSLE FREE. I will definitely be buying another vehicle from Subaru Las Vegas, and I will ask for Hamid every time. I have already begun referring him to my friends and they say the same exact thing, and it shows. More

Hamid and I talked before my appointment to get an idea of what Subaru models, features etc I was interested in. When I arrived he had 3 vehicles lined up to exactly fit what we had talked about. After test ride we went over options, costs, financing etc. no pressure which I really appreciate. On the next appointment I bought the car. Hamid has checked since to be sure all was good with the vehicle. Absolutely wonderful representative of your company. I know if I have questions etc he will assist in any way possible. Many thanks.
