Coco was tremendously helpful in purchasing the car and going above and beyond to answer any questions my wife and I had. I previously went to 3 dealerships all of which I had to get up and walk away from - not based on cars available but based on the individuals I was working with. Coco turned that right around and walked me through everything. Allowed me to go on a slightly extended test drive to make sure I liked what I was buying - after all it was a big purchase. Coco was honest and extremely easy to work with. He walked me through all the service packages and what he recommended I buy as well as items/packages that I didn't need. Didn't oversell or undersell anything. He also taught me how to look up and do everything he was doing from home in case I wanted to do my own research and ensure I wasn't pressured.
