Edwin Chang was exceptional! He let me try several suv's and I chose the wrong one...Edwin called to follow up the next day and I said I don't like the car. I replied everything, it's too compact for me, I don't feel comfortable, not enough space, the black thing in the front window obstructs my view. At this point, he said just bring back and I'll talk with my manager because I want you to be happy. That was music to my ears after the experience that I'd gone through. I went in to Subaru the next day and after a few hiccups, found my car. It cost more but it will last. Nobody is compatible to Edwin Chang in my opinion, he's the best. More
