My ‘15 Outback AC finally went so I brought it home for some OEM care. The service department here is top notch. Anthony helped me out and kept me updated regularly. The service center waiting room is extremely nice but I was also able to receive a ride home and back provided for free via Uber. A lot of back and forth with Josh on financing options, but we finally cooked a great deal. Beyond that, Josh is clearly an asset to your sales staff.
