I always go to this dealership for oil changes on my 2020 WRX. They have been calling and asking me to come look at the trade in options and I blew it off thinking it was too good to be true. I finally went in and had them appraise my car and Julian was able to help me get into a brand new 2024 WRX! He fought tooth and nail to help me get to the price point and a deal I was happy and comfortable with at the end of the day. They made an error on our numbers/documents, which took extra time to sort and overall good service, but my experience had a few frustrating moments. Despite these issues, I’d still recommend them because the staff was helpful and the buying process was smooth—just be sure to double-check all paperwork and get any promises in writing! More
