I’ve been in contact with Coco for the last few months prior to buying the new wrx. He has been extremely helpful with answering any and all questions I’ve came up with. Terrible Customer Service Have been trying for over a week to talk to someone in the service department. They take my name and number and promise to call, but never do. When Have been trying for over a week to talk to someone in the service department. They take my name and number and promise to call, but never do. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was given the same reply - give us your name and number and we'll get back to you. Although the vehicle is well built and they treat you like you are "special" during the buying process, once you own the vehicle do not expect any customer service or help. VERY disappointing! More
