Coco greeted us with a smile and right away, treated is in a way that he was here for us no matter if we buy a car from him or not. We felt his genuiness throughout the whole process and he took the time to answer our questions even though we had many. We never sensed impatience from the guy. He was there for us and not trying to close us too fast to move on to the next buyer. My wife and I felt that this attitude was the way of the whole staff there as well. AS we walked around, it seemed they had a family type of atmosphere Amongst the staff. Coco was very knowledgable and up front about the cars and even the warranties, costs, and values of the cars we looked at. He showed us everything we needed to see to make an informed decision and never felt pressured or rushed, instead we felt we had the time and freedom for my wife and I to really make a true and real decision by talking about all Coco had presented to us.
