I have never felt better about the buying process of any car I have bought than this one. I have bought a lot of "high-end" cars and the entire experience at those dealerships is a sad comparison to the experience I had at Subaru of Las Vegas. Communication was excellent from my sales person, as well as from the behind the scenes folks tracking the progress of my vehicle on its way to the dealership. First class establishment, and great job guys! More

He was very nice and understanding also letting us know if we had any questions or would like to see inside he can help with that. We decided to take him up on that. We asked all the questions we didn’t have, he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We asked to just run some numbers, letting him know we weren’t necessarily interested in purchasing today and of course he said yes. He gave us the info for all the options we asked for, we never felt pressured! After getting all the information and taking our time to think about it we decided to purchase! it was such an easy and seamless transaction. Sure, the Outback can sell itself, but add to that an outstanding dealership with a friendly, capable and professional staff, and you have an unbeatable winning combination. Coco Garcia, our 2018 Outback sales person, was excellent and really worked with us to make this purchase happen. He’s knowledgeable, responsive and really stayed connected from the beginning and beyond the purchase; he wants to make sure you are satisfied. Andy Berney and the office staff are terrific and have been since our original purchase of the 2012 Outback. Wow! This dealership goes above and beyond to satisfy! These guys go above and beyond when it comes to satisfying their customers. I took my car in for an oil leak and they diagnosed it as a faulting pcv. These guys go above and beyond when it comes to satisfying their customers. I took my car in for an oil leak and they diagnosed it as a faulting pcv. The qoute was a little high for my budget so I decided to buy the parts and do the work myself. After replacing the pcv, I discovered that it was not saturated with oil. I was less than pleased and decided to write Subura to let them know of the issue they have caused me. The service manager made sure that I was taken care of. He had me bring my car back into Subaru and made sure that my WRX was fixed. I can not say enough about this dealership. They will do whatever it takes to make sure your vehicle is safe and sound. More
