. I've visited 3 times. First 2 times, I walked in, stood waiting to be seen. I had to ask for help. I was trying to decide between a Ford Escape & a Subaru Forester. That made my decision. Went to FORD.. I waiting to be seen. I had to ask for help. I was trying to decide between a Ford Escape & a Subaru Forester. That made my decision. Went to FORD.. I had difficulty with the drivers seats. That made my decision to go back to SUBARU. I had been speaking with an Alan a few times on the phone. Very nice gentleman. Last conversation, I changed my time from 12: to 10 a.m. I arrived at 10 and NO Alan. I was told he wasn't coming in till 12. So apparently he wasn't listening to our phone conversation when I changed the time. So a tad disappointed that I was wasting my time and wasn't going to hang around for 2 hours, I was getting ready to leave and a smiling energetic lady rushed up and asked if she could help me: Bret Hollabaugh You know the rest of the story ..... And please tell Bret I'm coming for another pen ??? ??????????? More
