Harrison King and Bill Scarbrough were EXCEPTIONAL! !! This was the first time I had ever bought a car. Kennesaw had a 2016 Outback 3.6R that was in immaculate condition. Harrison worked with me over the phone to secure the deal. He was knowledgeable, very kind, fun, and overall great to work with. He told me had only worked there since February! He NEEDS A RAISE!!! He was fabulous!! Bill was the exact same! He was the finance manager, and he was not pushy in anyway, he was very open and honest, and gave me every detail and avenue I could take when it came to financing and other options. Subaru of Kennesaw has a WONDERFUL team, and I am so happy I chose to buy from them. 12/10 recommend this dealership and these two guys to anyone! Ralph Kurland might very well be the single greatest disruptor in the vehicle sales business you'll meet in your lifetime. I know, but hear me out... Visited Subaru of Kennesaw on a Saturday to help disruptor in the vehicle sales business you'll meet in your lifetime. I know, but hear me out... Visited Subaru of Kennesaw on a Saturday to help our daughter replace a recently totaled vehicle that she had purchased just a month earlier. After the stress of the accident, the insurance adjusters and the payout, we were less than enthused about having to start the process over again with just a day or two to find a good deal. After a lengthy drive up after work from central Florida the evening before, we decided to go to the one Subaru dealer whose online CPO inventory was accurate, priced fairly and had numerous options available within our budget. We placed an inquiry through the website late on Friday evening and received a call from Ralph early on Saturday morning, checking with us to confirm the unit we were most interested in and verify that it was in stock and available (this had been a problem at other dealerships/brands). Upon arrival, the car was ready up front and after the usual test drive and tour of the car, a 2024 Crosstrek, we decided to proceed with the purchase. Pricing was very fair, the inventory was immaculately clean and showed very well, another issue that we ran into at other dealerships where the CPO inventories were filthy, and the process to arrive at a negotiated price went smoothly and without any of the usual "challenges" associated with car buying. Ralph got us to a solid price with no exorbitant dealer fees or nonsense charges, the preliminary finance rates were 3+% LOWER(!!) for a young buyer than we had seen elsewhere and the finance manager was able to deliver on those once we got to the tax, tag & title phase. The CPO powertrain warranty was a plus and the cost to extend the OEM bumper-to-bumper warranty was surprisingly low, so low that it was a no-brainer! The entire process was completed before lunch, was stress-free, relaxed and enjoyable from beginning to end and Ralph delivered on his promise to get us to completion by lunch so we could enjoy the rest of the day and the rest of our wedding anniversary with family that evening. In 35 years of car buying, my wife and I agreed we've never had a better experience buying a car. Ralph and Michael (in the business office) were both exceptional in every way! More

I was unhappy with the first Forester I bought. After the purchase I realized it didn't have the features I wanted/needed. The dealership quickly turned this around and made it right.
