Subaru of Kennesaw really came through for me when I was in a very difficult situation with my existing Subaru. Without going into detail, I came to the dealership seeking the human touch to salvage what wo in a very difficult situation with my existing Subaru. I spoke to Travis on the phone before I even got to the dealership and told him about my situation and he encouraged me to come in and let them see what they could do for me. I was not very optimistic but after talking with Travis I was very pleasantly surprised to find that they were offering me a better than best case scenario outcome. I couldn’t believe it. I was able to purchase my very first brand new car ever in my life thanks to Travis really pulling for me and my family in my situation. I could not have asked for a better outcome. Travis Holtzclaw was very calm, easy going, honest, totally the opposite of what I expected. He was patient with me through all of my questions and test drives and helping me understand the process and my options. When I realized I could actually buy a brand new 2023 Crosstrek I was just floored. Travis and the team at Subaru of Kennesaw worked together to make this happen and I couldn’t be more grateful. He provided us with all the information needed before our arrival to the dealership (two-hour drive). There were NO hidden fees at all. John also reviewed the owner's manual of the car that we were purchasing to familiarize himself and flagged important information in it since we were purchasing a different make than what the dealership carried. I highly recommend Subaru of Kennesaw and John Melchiore for your next vehicle purchase. It was easier than purchasing a new cell phone! More
