Ordered a new Outback green with the leather interior. It showed up with a screwed up paint on the hood.instead of fixing it before I got there they let me do all the paperwork then took me out there afte It showed up with a screwed up paint on the hood.instead of fixing it before I got there they let me do all the paperwork then took me out there after I had written the check. Yes I paid for it no financing. I took it back they had their body shop try to buff it out it’s better but I feel like I bought a used car. I asked my salesman to check it over told me all was ok. Also scratched on the interior plastic by the passenger seat. Manger said he would see if it was covered. What it’s a brand new car it better be covered. Not very happy with dealer or Subaru. More

Over the course of several visits and test drives, the salesperson who worked with me, Richard King, always answered my questions fully and patiently, and I felt like he was personally invested in me finding a car that felt like a good fit to me, not me getting just any car from the dealership. He was also extremely knowledgeable, as was the person who worked with me in the dealership's finance department. So accommodating and friendly. No pressure, no crazy surprise fees, no promises that change later, and a fair price. Bill the finance manager found me a really competitive rate as well. I can't recommend the sales and finance team at Subaru of Kennesaw enough and if I am in the market for another car, will definitely be paying them another visit. More
