John made the entire experience seamless, walking me through all the new features. As luck would have it, the exact model and color I wanted was already en route and would arrive within a week—perfect timing, since I needed to replace my current car before passing it down to my niece for her 16th birthday. Ultimately, my decision came down to two things: First, I absolutely loved my Outback, and if I weren’t gifting it to my niece, I would have happily driven it for another five years.
