The staff at Subaru of Kennesaw are very friendly and helpful. I bought my WRX from there in 2010 and have been very pleased with the overall experience from Sales to Service. I wish the prices were a bit better (some of the competing dealers offer better quality oils for the same price). I've had some warranty issues and all have been taken care of with no problems. I can always show up without an appointment and get service with a short wait. They always offer free wash when I go which I like. Just be very specific with your service request and make sure you get pricing upfront as I have been surprised before with what I asked and what I received (mistake on my part for not being clear). I love coming to visit for service. Everyone is so friendly. I came in because I had a non functioning tail light which was replaced at no charge because my wonderful 2020 Outback is still under warre friendly. After showing me a couple of vehicles I chose the 2011 Outback limited with the Navigation and had some concerns about the cost because it exceeded the budget I set for a car and I too was concerned about my trade in because I had it only 10 months and was told it was too soon to trade in my 2008 Jeep Liberty limited with Navigation by the salesman I purchased it from. I was only interested in trading vehicles because of the ice storm we had which left me stranded at home for 4 days and my previous sales person told me that it was a great vehicle in any weather and that is incorrect. My research led me to Subaru which I hadn't thought produced such attractive vehicles and their benefits as well as the warrantees are excellent. Art and his manager Mr. Louis treated me with respect and answered all my questions promptly and kept eye contact with me, I felt that they were real and cared about my needs, wants, as well as my overall experience and that was new for me being a female buying an automobile as my past experiences were less than awful. I did put cash down not quite as much as I thought and my payments only increased $50 much to my suprise, needless to say that I got the right vehicle for the right price! I am very happy that I chose Subaru of Kennesaw and overjoyed with my new New Outback, I can't beleive I have such a wonderful vehicle for what I paid and I have referred 2 people one of which have met and purchased from Art and Louis and feel as I do. We purchased a used Saturn Vue at the end of a sales day from Subaru of Kennesaw. We asked if the dealer provided any warranties, as we've had issues in the past w/check engine lights coming on as we left t from Subaru of Kennesaw. We asked if the dealer provided any warranties, as we've had issues in the past w/check engine lights coming on as we left the dealer (that was the case w/the car we were replacing). The dealer did not offer any warranties. Asked about extended warranties. Finance manager was out but would call us next day. We took delivery that night, and as luck would have it, the check engine light came on while driving home. Left a message w/John the next day asking to return. They offered us an extended warranty at $2000.00. I advised I would not have purchased car w/o dealer warranty if I knew extended warranty was so high...and did not have opportunity to discuss warranty options prior to purchase. Dealer advised they would trade but not return. We advised we would entertain a trade, but wanted to return as soon as possible. They located a Jeep Liberty, as we had requested, in about a week. They offered to sell it at $15,900, plus all our money back on trade. We were happy with the trade price but thought the sales price was unusual...as they had priced a newer Liberty on their site for $1000 less money previously that week. I checked their website and the internet price for the vehicle they were trying to sell us was listed for only $14,900. I told I wanted to pay the advertised price. Gen mgr advised would only give us our money back if we paid $1000.00 over advertised price. We are currently three weeks out from purchase and are having significant problems with the vehicle. Maintenance shops have not been able to identify the source of a major evap leak. Noted that the check engine light was bookmarked in the owners manual...and that previous owner, and possibly dealer, was aware of the issue prior to sale. I've since called the owner of the Troncalli Automotive Group to inquire about a return. Would love to see this resolved before we have to tag the vehicle. More
