I called late Friday afternoon to get an oil change and was told that the dealership could do my car on Sunday. They were very friendly & accommodating in scheduling. I arrived a little before 10:00 on Sunday as workers were getting in and was taken care of immediately. Lydia was very personable and talked to us as we settled in to wait. She offered us coffee as well. They even washed my very dirty car which made me very happy. (That was a job in itself as my white pearl Impreza was black in places from all the road grime). I drive an hour to get to this dealership and highly recommend them to buy a car and to get it serviced. All the customers that came in after us were treated like family. More

His attitude was friendly and professional, and so was everyone that we met there. Johnny Poole could not have been easier to work with on the contractural paperwork, and Louis Kaissieh was wonderful when we came to pick up our car. We think all of them went the second mile for us, and would have helped in any way that they could. It's obvious that this attitude is encouraged and rewarded, which makes this a very unusual dealership, and top notch. We have already recommended them to friends, and co-workers. . More
