I was unhappy with the first Forester I bought. After the purchase I realized it didn't have the features I wanted/needed. The dealership quickly turned this around and made it right. This is the best customer service team I have ever met when purchasing a vehicle. Nick Tucker was our salesperson. He was absolutely top-notch, a true gem! No pressure. Very knowledgeable.
