We purchased a used car today and Nick Tucker was our Sales Consultant. All the way through the process, from our initial call on the phone to our handshake after the sale (we bought the car!) he was pro Sales Consultant. We have been a "Subaru family" since 1987 although we were currently driving another make. We stopped by Subaru of Kennesaw just to look at a possible replacement for that car and after meeting with Ral were currently driving another make. We stopped by Subaru of Kennesaw just to look at a possible replacement for that car and after meeting with Ralph Kurland within 24 hours we opted to trade in that car for a 2024 Cross Trek. We were beyond impressed with the professionalism, knowledge of the vehicle and the low pressure that Ralph placed on us. The remainder of the process was seamless with Ralph tracking down the exact car we were looking for and the ease of going through finance and ultimately driving the car home.
