Hello Rafael, I wanted to reach out to you in reference to your negative review. I understand that you made a choice to purchase our used car and quickly had buyer's remorse. We did not solicit you to sell you a car but merely worked out a deal that was at the time, to your satisfaction. It is unfortunate that only day's later you regretted this decision and wanted to 'unwind' the deal. Vehicles depreciate and hence why there was an added expense for you to purchase back your original vehicle. As for the warranty cancellation, the refunded amount was based on a formula that calculates the time you owned the car in conjunction with the miles driven and they refunded you a pro-rated unused portion. The dealer may have suggested they could offer you more for your trade but that is easily stated when you had already traded it and were in the process of buying it back. As for the pricing agreed upon for you to purchase back your vehicle with the warranty included was all based on our dealership having already advertised and mechanically deemed it a certified vehicle. We appreciate your business and are truly sorry that you made a purchase you regretted. Our only goal was to help you 1) get into the car you wanted and then 2) help you acquire your original vehicle back with as little out of pocket expense as possible. Ultimately we did do what we said we would do, we sold you a reliable vehicle and then assisted you to purchase back your original vehicle with the added warranty you stated you wanted at as little out of pocket expense to you. We value all our customers' experiences and opinions. We apologize that we were not able to make this a more enjoyable experience and would be happy to discuss this in more detail if you would like. Kelly, I would like to inform you that the add-on was not the only issue with my experience. There were certain characteristics about the 2005 that were covered up during your selling process with me. I waited in the showroom then was led into the mechanic shop, where I was shown around the outside of the car, then told to wait in the showroom again. The car was driven around front, reversed into the parking space, and left running with the heating vents on full power. Only after all of that was I allowed to sit in the car. Any other car dealership has the car waiting in the lot, you walk out with your representative, sit inside for a few minutes while discussing the car, then start a test drive. When getting the original back, I understood the extra expense that was incurred in terms of depreciation and 15,000 mile service. But I'm sure there are many things on the CPO checklist that were also done during the $1000 service and resurfacing. I also understand how the pro-rated unused portion of the contract factors in, which is why I wanted the same contract when I bought the car back. When I provided you with the $1900 price tag of the contract, you added it to the purchase order with absolutely no explanation of what CPO was or what kind of charges would be incurred. You did a needless CPO process on a car that was just serviced in order to charge the extra fee. In my opinion your goal was to 1) do what it takes to get an old car off your lot and acquire a new one, and then 2) charge as much as possible to get the original car back. Lastly, when you stated you wanted to get the deal done ASAP in order to include it in the month's business, proves that money is more important to your dealership than customer experience.
