My experience with dealing with Keene Subaru was very good. I had a call back from an internet contact before I could get down stairs. It was Mark Carey. He was excellent to work with. Not pushy in any way but helpful in every way possible. He wanted to go slow in the purchasing process and even questioned my buying a new car over a used car because of what I did for work and what I would mostly be using my car for. When I decided on new over used he totally backed my decision and helped in any way he could to answer my questions, explain everything to me along the way of buying the car and always made himself available to me in any way needed to assist me in the purchase of my new car. He was a pleasure to do business with and I would most definately recommend him to anyone looking to buy a subaru. More
I had to have work completed on my 06 outback. Penny in service could not have been more understanding and helpful. WE shopped and once we found Subaru of Keene we stopped and bought. We were made to feel very much at home and everything was explained exteremely well. The price was right and the financing was better taht we had envisioned.Anthony has been readily available to answer and ongoing questions and always willing to go that little extra. The service department has been also receptive to making appointments and getting the car back in a timlely manner. We already liked the Subaru brand but we were refered to Anthony by my sister in-law. We are so please with our experience, we were treated with respect, competence and a genuine interest in what we wanted. Anthony by my sister in-law. I have bought many cars in my life but Curtis gave me new lease on salesmanship. He was not at all pushy, he answered all of my questions, he was not in a hurry to either make the sale or get me out of his w lease on salesmanship. Subaru of Keene gave me a very good deal for my trade and really worked to make me happy. I will definitely be looking at them for my next vehicle and would encourage others to use them. They offer shuttle service as well as a loaner vehicle if your car is going to be tied up for very long and they mean it. We have taken advantage for the loaner vehicle for an overnight so they could do late scheduled work when Gail could not wait. They gave her a loaner and it was not an old beater it was a very late model, reliable vehicle. The service department is awesome, thanks to Dale Peloquin. He puts the "C" in customer service and is extremely knowledgeable and I trust him totally with my Subaru. I drove up from Boston to look at a couple of Impreza sport wagons that I saw on the website. After walking around the lot for about 20 min without seeing the advertised cars or ANY sales people. She paged someone in sales to help me. I asked to see the cars listed on the website. He said they only had ONE of the three cars I saw listed just hours ago. So I asked to see the ONE car. He wandered off to look for the keys. My friend and I thought it strange that he was looking for the keys.. maybe he should have looked for the car first since it didn't appear to be anywhere in their "SUPERSTORE" lot. After waiting 20 min for the guy to find the keys, he came back and said the car was "being serviced". After I explained that I have driven up from BOSTON to see it. He asked if I could spend the night and come back tomorrow. Umm.... NO! He pretty much had NO interest in selling me a car! THey could have offered to at least pull the car out of the service bay so I could LOOK at it. I will not be back. I would definitely recommend calling first to see if they have the cars they advertise. Incredibly disappointing. Especially for them. Cause I had a check in hand and was ready to buy THAT day. Stupid Subaru of Keene. Your loss! More
