We had recently bought one Subaru Forester and went back for anoher one. We made sure to ask for Ken as he is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and met our needs the last time and did again this time for anoher one. Probably the best car buying experience yet. The two cars that I was interested in were shown well. Dealership very neat and clean.No high pressure, everything explained. It's never a hassle.which makes a huge difference.Over the years they have almost become family.Working with Anthony Mastronardi is a joy. He goes Way out of his way to make everything easy and pleasant even sets the radio stations he thinks I would like.....and he's right! Last week they put on a clinic for new car owners .It was a wonderful and informative occasion. I think everyone appreciated the opportunity to ask questions and in general compare notes. I have 2 Subaru's that I have brought for service. The service was prompt and I didn't have to wait weeks for an appointment like I do with my Chrysler. Ken was great. No Pressure and very informative. Dan in finance was a stitch. Kept me laughing the whole time and extremely knowlegeable about the process. Always had the right anwser. I really wasn't sure on the purchase of a Forester....it just didn't feel right to me. Then Mark asked me what i was looking for in a car. I told him and we discussed comfort. That is when he said to Ken just didn't feel right to me. Then Mark asked me what i was looking for in a car. I told him and we discussed comfort. That is when he said to Ken....put her in a new Outback and let her take it home for the night. Roundtrip that was over 50 miles! I fell in love with the car and was so happy I took that extra step into the purchase of an Outback over the Forester. Both Mark and Ken were so informative about the cars operating system inside and out. Not once did they treat me like I couldn't understand them because I was a "woman" alone buying a vehicle. Great sales experience which I hope I can do again, when the time comes, with them in the future. More
While we were at the dealership deciding on which model to purchase, the one that we liked when we walked in, was sold while we were there. The open, honest and friendly atmosphere of this dealership is palpable. Not only do they make suggestions, but they also don't try to sell you every option in the book! From Kelly, the sales manager, to every person we talked with while there including service and parts persons, we recieved straight forward answers to our questions with a prevailing sense of honest answers. Each person was supremely patient with my many questions! Anthony spent a huge amount of time introducing us to our new Outback, in addition to addressing a couple concerns we had after buying it. We drove just over 100 miles one way to get to this dealer, and it was worth it! Not every dealer is equal, and Keene is definity a giant step ahead of the rest--and we shopped a lot of dealers before buying. Oh and did I mention we got the best price, too! Great experience! More
