My experience with Subaru of Keene was extremely positive. My car-buying process took about six weeks. (I did a ton of research and took my time.) Kathy Brow (sales consultant) was attentive, very e positive. My car-buying process took about six weeks. (I did a ton of research and took my time.) Kathy Brow (sales consultant) was attentive, very easy to talk to, very straightforward and helpful, and a joy to work with. Kelly (sales manager) was also totally easy to talk to, extremely helpful, and wonderful at letting me know at every step where my Impreza was and when it would arrive. It's not easy to deal with customers who are impatient to get their cars, but these guys did a great job keeping me informed and up to date. Also, when I talked price (nobody's favorite subject), they were very fair, honest, and easy to work with. I feel I got a great price, especially since I wasn't planning to buy new and nearly fainted from sticker shock. (It had been a while since I bought a new car.) But I have no regrets whatsoever. After picking my baby up this morning, I've put on nearly 100 miles, and I'm in love. I'm very, very happy, and my experience was very positive, especially in the honest, straightforward manner in which I was treated from start to finish. Truly, Kathy and Kelly didn't seem like salespeople in the least. That is still amazing to me, considering the very bad rap car salespeople get. I can't say enough about their friendliness, attentiveness, honesty, and fairness. My best car-buying experience ever. P.S. Last year, when I did some test-driving, Ryan, who used to work there, was also very friendly and helpful--no pressure at all, just very easy to work with. Subaru of Keene rocks. More
Anthony from Subaru of Keene was a down to earth salesman who wasn't there just to make a commission. He was truthful and honestly cared about what he sold and his customers. I had specific wants to my first brand new car and even though he did not have this one in stock he quickly found one for me. There was never any pressure, I didn't feel hounded. The purchase process was actually enjoyable where as I normally cringe just thinking of buying a new car. He was never pushy nor did he tie me up for longer than necessary to complete the transaction. My only grievance was with Mark, who led me to believe my 2003 Passat had greater trade in value than materialized, and then when I showed up demeaned the condition of t he car. Ultimately I did not do a trade-in. More
