I was sort of looking for a new car last year and visited Subaru of Keene. This year as I was really looking for a new Subaru I went back to Keene because I was treated so nicely. Mark Carey, Alison Trow and Kathy Brow are just the best. I love my new Legacy. I got the color I wanted, the price I wanted and superior service. My husband and I drove out of the Subaru of Keene dealership with a wealth of information about our new car. I was confidant that I had a good working knowledge of the car because of the time Kathy and Alison took going through everything with us, before we left the lot. This is our 6th Subaru. I have to tell you how much I appreciate Mike Perry for the way that he goes above and beyond in customer service. When I purchased the car, Mike told me that he would be happy to switch cars with me ever the way that he goes above and beyond in customer service. When I purchased the car, Mike told me that he would be happy to switch cars with me every time I needed service (he lives nearby.) He has always honored that promise and I really appreciate him for it. He shows up at my door always at our agreed upon time, swaps me a nice, clean subaru and then returns my car that evening cleaner than he got it and fully serviced. I couldn't ask for anything more. The customer service that I have received from Subaru of Keene is more than I ever could have hoped for in a car company and I thank you very much for it. More
Ken Goff is one of the most honest and hard working dealers I have ever met. Subaru of Keene is without a doubt the best Subaru dealership in New England. I was stationed VA, originally from MA. I ordered a 2011 WRX and worked with Ken from beginning to end. He was always keeping me up-to-date both on the phone and through e-mail on a weekly basis. There was a small delay in manufacturing and I found out I was not going to get my car on time. Luckily Ken Goff was my dealer and went out of his way to find out a coworker ordered the same car as me and convinced his coworker to let me have his car. You can’t beat that kind of dedication. Ken Goff is always respectful and provides a no pressure environment. He dedicates everything he does to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to how outstanding Ken Goff and Subaru of Keene is I made the 468 mi. trip to buy a car from them. My next car will definitely be a Subaru from Subaru of Keene and I will work with Ken Goff. More
This is my 7th Subaru. My last 3 have been Foresters and have all been leases or purchased from Subaru of Keene or iots predecessor. Bought my second Subaru (2011 Forester) here after 10 yrs with my old Forester, which I also bought here (under other ownership then). I've gone to Keene Subaru for years for their quality work and for its p with my old Forester, which I also bought here (under other ownership then). I've gone to Keene Subaru for years for their quality work and for its personable crew, who always take pains to explain the whats-and-whys of a problem or repair. I most appreciate being taken into the 'shop' to show me about my car, up on the lift. I've learned so much through the years this way thanks to that. When I was ready to buy a new car in October 2010, I enlisted the help of a Boston friend who both knows and weirdly enjoys the wheeling-dealing aspect of that - for which I have NO clue or talent. I DID do my own homework tho, (researching and looking at other brands - Toyota, Honda, Kia et al) but the Subaru Forester 2.5X Premium won hands-down. So then my friend took over sealing-a-deal with my salesperson at Keene Subaru, and he was as pleased as I was at the end result. He felt I got a very good shake and complimented both Nick's skills and Keene's Subaru dealership. More

We were treated fairly and in a business-like but relaxed manner. Our only time of discomfort was when the business manager pushed a little hard on the extended warranty on "bumper-to-bumper." We had assumed, and had not been told to the contrary, that the bottom line price we were quoted was "X." And, while the warranty option was, indeed, an option, we were not prepared for even the possibility that we would have to consider spending another $1300+ before we made the purchase official. It all worked out okay but it caught us a little off guard. Overall, however, the entire experience was very positive. When it's time to replace our other Subaru (we own two) we will definitely return to Subaru of Keene. More

After our interactions with other dealers over the years, we expected the process of buying a new car to be stressful and full of uncertainty, but at Subaru of Keene we were pleasantly surprised. We worked primarily with the excellent Kathy Brow. She's patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Unlike many salespeople, she really listened, answered our questions thoroughly, and did not try to push us to buy more than we needed or could afford. Dan Kuraner and Kelly Barber clearly explained our financing options. We walked away feeling we had gotten a fair deal on a great car, and stayed within our budget. All and all, this place exudes confidence and professionalism. You get the sense you're in good hands with a dealership that's successful because the people who work there know their product and don't need to resort to anything underhanded to sell it to you. We're looking forward to many happy miles on our wonderful Subaru and returning to Kathy at Subaru of Keene for our next new car. More

I worked with another dealer closer to home during the week prior to calling Subaru of Keene. During this week I test drove and selected what options I wanted in my car as well as color. My salesman and I then talked price per month on a 39 month lease. During this week I received a call from salesman. The monthly cost had now went up $27.00 per month with no changes made. The process of finding a car with my options had not begun. I decided to call Subaru of Keene and spoke with Ken who was very pleasant and very knowledgeable. We spoke for a short time and I told him of my needs and within an hour received a call back with a payment, term, and an offer to trade my previous lease. This was on a Sunday and I picked up my car on Wednesday exactly as I wanted. I will continue to deal with Subaru of Keene as this is now the third vehicle purchased with them. Great Job! More
