Everything went very smooth. From finding out everything I needed to know about the car to the financing to the way they cleaned the car for me when I bought it was perfect. I highly recommend Subaru of Keene and Bryan Sicard. Before I knew it I was test driving a vehicle and discussing financing. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Bryan is very knowledge about the models and features available. From my initial "Just Looking" through the purchase he was professional and never pressured me into a purchase. He found me the best financing and a great low monthly payment. Since the purchase he has followed up and I know if any problems were to arise he would go out of his way to resolve them. I am extremely happy with my purchase of an Outback and highly recommend Subaru of Keene and Bryan Sicard. FIVE STAR Service all around! More
The worse experience I have had in years. We left with a Purchase and Sales on a used car for my son only to find when we came back to close, the deal had changed! It was an error I agree. If they knew anything about customer service they would have called to explain that they made and error and we could have resolved the situation in a professional manner. Unfortunately they wait until the closing to inform us of the error and that we would have to pay an additional 600 dollars in Sales Tax. The finance manager treated me as though I was some "dumb blonde" who didn't know how to sign a darn title. The salesman had been there a very short amount of time and had very little knowledge. My suggestion? Run don't walk away from this dealer! More

Yesterday my husband and I took our two cars to Subaru of Keene to trade them in for a new Subaru Outback wagon. It was a very pleasant experience. Although I was happy with the Ford Escape, my husband felt we should trade it in for a new car. After comparing the Ford Escape with the Subaru, the Subaru beat the Ford Escape hands down. The Internet Manager at Subaru of Keene called us, and we set up an appointment to meet with him. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Mark (the Internet Manager) and he introduced us to Bryan Sicard, a sales representative. This young gentleman, was very polite and pleasant as well as very knowledgeable on Subaru products. We spent two plus hours with Bryan looking at different styles of cars and discussing what our needs were and what we would be happy with as well as affordable for our budget. Bryan could have sold us a more expensive car, but instead he sold us a car that made since to us. Not only are we excited about our purchase but, I would highly recommend Bryan to anyone that comes to me about a new car. I would like to thank Subaru of Keene, for doing an outstanding job training their employees. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured. We were quite pleased with our experience. Ken Goff was very helpful and has been wonderful about following up after the sale. We also really love our new car! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Subaru of Keene. I should have started in Keene from the beginning because I had a terrible experience with a dealer closer to my home in Mass. I became so upset with my local dealer that I left and later called the manager to complain. I was interested in a Subaru Forester Premium Package which was the car that I test drove. I told them the exact features I was looking for and yet when they presented lease numbers to me, they quoted me on a base model Forester to show lower payments. They kept pressuring me to “sign” on the spot even though it wasn’t the car I wanted! What a totally different experience at Subaru of Keene. I found them on the web and chose them because of their good reputation. I spoke to Mark Carey, their Internet Manger, who quoted me over the phone on the car I wanted with two different payment options so that I could decide what I wanted to do. They even Fed-ex the paperwork to me so that I could get the car registered in Mass before I picked it up. They also paid and will continue to pay for my annual Mass Inspection, saving me $29/year. Who does that? When I picked the car up, Anthony Mastronardi gave me a very thorough overview of the car and even helped me set up my Bluetooth phone. Even though I live 1:15 away, the experience was worth the drive. This is my first Subaru (have leased Honda vehicles for 20 years) and it won’t be my last. I love my new Forester and I like the way I was treated at Subaru of Keene. More
