My first attempt to order a new Impreza was not a positive one. I went to a different dealership (NOT Subaru of Keene) and walked away feeling rushed, pressured, and frustrated. I went in to obtain information about the car, and the salesman actually went to Google to show me pictures, which I could have done from home. When I explained I didn't want to place an immediate order after he was unable to provide me with new information, I was quickly dismissed. Fortunately, I came across Subaru of Keene after that initial experience. The dealership had created a wonderfully informative website about the '12 Imprezas that provided much more information than the actual Subaru site. It really helped me decide on options and ensured I found the perfect fit. I initially corresponded with Bryan Sicard via email, and he was very helpful and quick to respond to my inquiries. When the car arrived, my experience continued to be great. Bryan was very helpful at every turn, answering all the questions I had and he seemed very eager to help me. What I appreciated most about him was his very "genuine" approach, which is not what I've come to expect at a car dealership. It means a lot to talk to someone and feel like they're listening! I will be happy to refer friends not only to the dealership, but to Bryan in particular. Top notch service! More
I recently visited this dealership and left a less than favorable review before even giveing them a chance to respond to an offer. I have never been so wrong, shortly after our visit we were contacted by Mike about working with us to get the vehicle we were looking for. He even contacted us when he was out sick. after giving some options we agreed on a price and I was contacted by Dan (Sales Manger) to answer any questions and let us know what was needed. When Im wrong I certainly am the first to admit it, and I was wrong on my first assesment. This is a 1st class dealership, I was very surprised how accomadating they actually are. I live in NJ and ordered a 2012 Impreza from a local dealer in September. I have been unable to get any information locally about colors and other details. Keene's website is so informative! He absolutely did not pressure me to buy from him, but rather provided me with valuable information about the status of the Imprezas. If you are considering purchasing a Subaru I would highly recommend Keene of New Hampshire. It's worth the little extra effort to go out of state and get great customer service! With this letter, I just wanted to say that this service I receiced from the Keene team was per Dear Mark, I hope you had a wonderful summer! With this letter, I just wanted to say that this service I receiced from the Keene team was perfect. When I first contacted you in january of 2011 and you gave me the price of the Outback 2011, I could not believe the price you gave me over the phone. It was 10 000,00 $ lower that the price I got in Canada (Quebec) for the same car and your car had more options. Futhermore, I remember how stressed I was when I order the Outback beause my wife was about to give birth at the end of april 2011. Soon after, there was the huge earthquake in Japan that cause an additionnal delay to the delivary of our car. Even with all these events happening you would always respond calmly to my question, to secure my worries. Finally, the car came in and I pick-it up on may 5th, 2011 at your dealership, in Keene. Unfortunately, you were sick that morning so we missed each other but I got a wonderful service from M. Dan Kraner and M. Scott Peabody. The return to Canada was stress free since all the required papers were sent at the proper Canadian border before our arrival. I can assure you that the wait was worthy! My wife and I are very satisfy with our purchase and we surely would recommand canadians to by from Subaru of Keene. Last but not least we even had chance to test the Subaru warranty. Since, we had a little back door mecanism problem. We got it fixed in a dealeship in Canada and got the reimbursement from Subaru of America within a month.
