He was not overly pushy when showing me the car as many salesmen that I have encountered have been. The service was great while I was at the dealership and also after my purchase was complete. Colm has been there to answer all of car questions both prior and post to my transaction with Subaru of Keene. I would definitely recommend this dealership to people seeking a new or used Subaru! Once we decided to purchase a new car, I did my online research to locate a dealer that was highly recommended. I used dealer rater to find Subaru of Keene...and I am very glad that I did. When we first arrived my son and I browsed through the lot looking for the vehicle I had in mind. Once we located it, we entered the dealership and Bob welcomed us and inquired if we needed any help. He was very friendly and helpful, none of the "high power" salesman kind of approach! Our test drive was great and when we arrived back at the dealership he asked what I thought and asked what else I was going to look at. He was a little surprised when I said I was ready to buy, but we returned to the showroom and I mentally prepared myself for the task of getting the best deal and the best price. Except it wasn't really much of a task at all. The first offer was great; they gave me a terrific trade in value for my car as well as a great price on the new Outback. I did inquire as to lowering the cost somewhat and we were able to reach a compromise that was good for me and for the dealer as well. Through all of this Bob kept us informed of what was going on, how the trade-in was determined and how the price was determined! From test drive to financing, Subaru of Keene is friendly, honest, and ready to work with customers to provide them the best possible new car buying experience. More

This trip was, by all accounts, the BEST yet. Colm Craig, setting the "tone"; was top rate in Personality and Knowledge (like discussing the decision with a "Close Friend")and topping it off was very warm and personable assistance from Mark Carey their computer expert. We're looking forward to many thousands of miles of ENJOYMENT wih our 2012 Forester. More

Brian was great. NOt at all pushy, but he took me seriously. (the norwich subaru store let me walk away without even asking my name...) I contacted the Service Department when my car wouldn't start and asked whether I could get the car in to be repaired that day. Penny listened carefully to what I told her; she also heard how important it start and asked whether I could get the car in to be repaired that day. Penny listened carefully to what I told her; she also heard how important it was for me to get the problem sorted out as soon as possible. She said I should get the car in as soon as possible. When I arrived with the car, we talked through what I had experienced and what the tow-truck man suggested might be the problem. She took careful notes and I said I would wait to find out how long or quickly the car could be repaired. Because the work could not be done immediately, the Service Department arranged for me to borrow a car, and I went home with an approximate time to return. They called and let me know that the car had been repaired and was ready for me to drive home. When I arrived, I was impressed to hear the care they took in identifying problems and fixing them. I was also very pleasantly surprised to discover that the cost was well below what I thought I would pay. Thank you so much to Penny and to the person who did the 21-point diagnostic and repair of my car. It's running beautifully. I truly appreciate the friendliness and professionalism of everyone I interacted with at Subaru of Keene, the commitment to such a high quality of service, and the willingness to take on an unscheduled vehicle in distress! I am a deeply grateful customer. More
