However I will most likely return to Subaru Of keene for a new vehicle if Subaru has a model i'm interested in. I gave a 3 on Price as I was not very happy with my trade in value they gave me, almost $2k less than what i was expecting and this was not disclosed until the very end where they were shoving papers at me to sign. But again that is just the nature of the beast with any dealerships, they state state "they need to make sure they do not lose money on your trade in" when of course you know they turn around and sell for a few grand profit.... Though we were slow to buy, there was no sales pressure from Anthony. Once we made our decision, Anthony shepherded us through the process surprisingly smoothly and efficiently. He was, throughout, emotionally engaged with us and attuned to our needs. We could not have asked for more. Joanie refers to Anthony as a "real person", not just a sales persona. We feel lucky that he happened to greet us in the parking lot that first day when we were wandering around looking at the cars. Other staffers, like Dan Kuraner, were enjoyable to work with as well, and remarkably efficient. More
