I brought my car in for new tires last week and the tech broke one of my tpms sensors. They didn't notice the leak in the tire so I had to come back to have it replaced. I was told it was just a failed part broke one of my tpms sensors. They didn't notice the leak in the tire so I had to come back to have it replaced. I was told it was just a failed part and it must have been a coincidence that it failed immediately after having my tires replaced. After an hour and a half, the service advisor tried to raise the price of the part by $30 when cashing me out. I would not come here again. More

More importantly my transmission had gone on my 6 cylinder 2013 outback. I received a loaner outback (very nice limited 4cyl package) and was on my way. A short time after I got a call saying my car was ready for pick up. Much appreciate the fast and friendly service here in Keene! More
