This will be my 6th Subaru, 5 of which I have bought from Subaru of Keene. Ken Goff is a credit to the sales staff. He answered all my question and gave me honest straight forward answers . I loved how I was able to wonder around and look at some cars before being bothered to buy something!! I walked in the door and Shannon Jewell was there to greet my husband, kids, and myself!! Our experience, from the moment we walked in, was exemplary. Friendly, helpful, informative sales rep and all the way through the paperwork. We love Subaru products, especially with the weather of the northeast and our Forrester is our latest in the Subaru line we have purchased. Our sales person explained all about the Forrester, showing us the features and taking us for a test drive, answering our questions. We are very appreciative of the efforts put forth by all of the staff at Subaru of Keene to help us get into the 2013 Forrester. More
Curt was an excellent Sales Rep, very easy going and pleasant to interact with. We purchased our son's first vehicle thru Curt. It was smooth as silk. He will be highly recommended to our friends. Even my dog was happy. Why go anywhere else? This is my eighth Fenton Family vehicle, either purchased or serviced since I moved to the area in 1988. We could have easily traveled to milford instead. Shannon Jewell was also quite pleasureable to work with. Makes you feel welcome, big smile. Deserves a raise frequently. My husband and I were looking to replace my car as mine was 10 years old. We went to this dealership (about an 80 minute drive) because of their reputation. Other Subaru dealerships nearby I haven't heard great things so we decided to make the trip down there just to look at what they had. As soon as we arrived Ken had greeted us and our children. As soon as we pulled up Ken knew all about the current Subaru I was driving which was comforting to know how much he knows about Subaru's. There was even a room for where our kids could hang out, color, watch TV while we talked car business. The best part is that our whole family got to test drive the car we wanted by ourselves, which most dealerships would not allow you to do that. The vibe at this place was great, and they are right on top of customer service. I had looked at other cars, however, with our New England winters I wanted a car that I could trust in the snow. Previously owning a Subaru I was already familiar with how well they handle in the snow, so which is why we wanted to get another one. Even if you don't live close, it's worth the drive down there. They do not pressure you into any deals, they are well informed about their cars and try to work with your budget. More
We decided to purchase a Subaru based on Consumer Reports' high rating in several categories. After considering several models, we chose the new Forester. Great to be back working with Anthony, Kelly, Jean and Dan again. Our experience here is always enjoyable and fun. The 2014 Forester was delivered very clean. Anthony went over everything and answered all of our questions and even set up the bluetooth phone for us. I've been purchasing used vehicles here since the 80's and new vehicles here since 2000. Kelly has sold us a 200 Outback, 03 Outback and an 05 Outback. Anthony has sold us an 06 Tribeca, 07 Forester, 08 Tribeca, 09 Forester and this new 2014 Forester all of which were fully loaded with all options. In 2010 we had to change from Subaru because the new Outback that we wanted to purchase had roof rails that WERE NOT compatible with our Yakima and Thule roof rail equipment. Instead of Subaru, we purchased a 2010 Outlander fully loaded and then a 2012 Sorento fully loaded. Since the 2014 Forester was enlarged a bit and had REAL ROOF RAILS, we thought we would go back to Subaru again. This is a great car with ALL of the bells and whistles. As a matter of fact, now that a few more options are available, I will be getting body side molding and the Sunroof Air Deflector. After dealing with the people here at the dealership that I've grown to be great friends with over the years, It's great to be back doing business with them once again. George & Ginny C More
