When one is buying a new car, the last thing that one wants is a pushy salesman, one who pressures or shames you to buy a particular vehicle. My experience with Scott Peabody was nothing like this. He patiently worked with me as an ally, discussing the pros and cons of the various models I looked at, listening to what I had to say and helping me discover what it was that I really wanted. And then when the time came actually to purchase my new Subaru, Scott was there every step of the way, carefully explaining the steps of what otherwise might have been a daunting experience. More

Easy and pleasant experience. Speedy approval (at a better rate than advertised!) Good selection available on the lot (several different packages of every model I was interested in.) Anthony was friendly, honest, and very open about the car, the real value of add-on options and services (some of which suited my needs, while others didn't.) This is the second vehicle I've leased from Subaru of Keene and salesman Scott Peabody. I had come into the dealership primarily to have my annual inspection done, and Scott saw me, and immediately came Keene and salesman Scott Peabody. After a bit of chit-chat, I hinted at having an interest in the new 2014 model Forester. Since I was waiting on the inspection of my 2012 Forester, Scott grabbed a plate and sent me on a, test drive, of the 2014. I was truly impressed but told him it would have to be a "white one", to satisfy my wife, plus we discussed my, fixed income retirement situation. He listened to all my requests and issues, and went to work with his team. Long story short, later that day I drove home with a, White 2014 Subaru Forester, with a lease payment barely different from my previous one. I, and my wife, are thrilled with this new vehicle!! Scott, and the team at Subaru of Keene, are true professionals! They know their products, they care about their customers, and since I got my first, of 3, Foresters from them in 2000, I have never been disappointed! More

We recently purchased a new Crosstrek, the service we received from Shannon Jewell was excellent! She made the entire purchase a breeze, she was very patient and thorough taking the time to allow us to test drive multiple vehicles. She was dedicated to helping us find that perfect vehicle that met all of our needs within our price range. We couldn't be happier with our service and our choice. Not to mention her spunky personality made buying a car a fun experience, making the time fly by. When its time for us to purchase our next vehicle, we will be going back to Shannon and Subaru of Keene! More
First I want to mention Kira, who was the first person I spoke with over the phone. She was very helpful. Once I decided on which Forester I wanted, we started the boring part of buying but Scott kept us amused with stories of his recent trip to Italy. Once all papers were signed (Dan Kuraner was very efficient), Scott showed us where to bring the car for service, and then went over all aspects of the car - in excellent detail. The dealership had already closed, and it was a Saturday night, but he did not hurry us out at all. He worked to sync my old phone to the Bluetooth in the car, until I said it was fine as is and I'd let him finish with that when I came back for service. I felt very good about leaving and driving home in my gorgeous new car. I had waited a long time to buy a new car, and Scott Peabody and Subaru of Keene made the experience a very nice one. More
