I had a great experience working with Ken Goff on the purchase of my new Subaru. No high pressure, knows the Subaru line incredibly well, and was treated very fairly by him and Kelly. I went there with my son two weeks after I bought my car, and bought a very nice used car for him. Now I am trying to get my daughter and a friend of mine to see them for their next car purchase! Buying a new vehicle is usually a stressful experience, with the worry of finances and being hassled by a dealer trying to make a good commission. I know this because I've bought four vehicles now, and I spent TWO years searching for the right vehicle. Subaru of Keene never made me feel hassled and they were able to provide me with exactly what I wanted without trying to force me into some other vehicle or color or edition that I just didn't want. It was nice to be heard and understood, and I especially liked that when I was on the fence about it, I was given the sales loaner vehicle to take home for the night. I'm glad I had that opportunity as it made me feel a lot more confident in my purchase. Overall, I'm glad to have purchased a vehicle known for its reliability and I feel supported by the Subaru of Keene staff knowing that I can call Kathy Kelley whenever I may need some help. We found our visits to Subaru of Keene to be pleasant even though it was the dead of winter and brutal outdoors. Scott Peabody toughed it out with us and we actually had fun. I was looking for a new Subaru Outback wagon and have bought cars from the Keene dealership in the past. Kathy Kelley met me in the lot as I looked at some of the options. She gave good advice about the cars that would best fit my needs. Kathy was friendly and clearly knew her products. We test drove a 2014 Outback wagon and she took me through all of the mechanics as well as other features. I enjoyed the test drive and we continued our conversation inside. After working with Kathy, and a few other people, we came upon a price I felt good about. The dealership gave me a solid trade-in value on my old car. Kathy was instrumental in working out these figures. I walked away with my new Subaru the same day. The service department set the car in top notch condition so quickly. I would work with Kathy again in a heartbeat. She was fun and really understood my wants and needs. Overall, it was a very positive experience. I have no regrets about the decisions we made together. I will be a repeat customer and would welcome a chance to work with Kathy Kelley again. More

I had a great experience purchasing a new 2014 Subaru Impreza Sedan at the Subaru of Keene. Right away Curt Finnamore noticed my interest as I was walking the lot. He immediately introduced himself and showed me the model I had in mind. We exchanged contact information and scheduled a test drive. I was impressed by how knowledgeable, friendly and courteous he was. I had done a fair amount of car research in consumer reports and I was definitely leaning towards the Subaru Impreza but after the test drive I was sold. The car handles great, accelerates well and best of all it gets nearly 36 miles per gallon highway. Next came the negotiating, prior to the test drive I printed a copy of Edmunds on the exact year, model and area I was purchasing my car. They matched this price. Overall, for making such a large purchase I barely spent two afternoons, and left with complete confidence that I made a great decision. Curt has been in contact since I bought my car and I know he is committed to keeping my car in good condition through regular service check ups at the Keene Subaru. More

Once I decided to buy, she made sure everything was taken care for and that I knew what I should do/expect to settle into my new vehicle. I was met by Kathy Kelley at the dealership as I was walking to the rear of the building. She was very friendly, and made us feel at home. She followed up with me about my next visit to purchase the car and answered all of my many questions about the model, and the procedure to buy a car, for example how to notify the insurance company, plates, break in motor on the highway, etc. She sat in the car and made me learn how all of the systems work in the interior of the car. She was an excellent car salesman and I look forward to seeing her in the future when I come to service my new car. She is an asset to your company!!! More
